What is Capsure Dissolve?

Bitumen Adhesives and Coatings can be found in most working environments, in multiple forms and presenting a variety of challenges to its occupants, owners and contractors. Bitumen Adhesive was extensively used in Commercial and Domestic environments throughout the World, often
combined with other contaminants to supplement its properties as a bonding agent. For example many of the UK’s floor substrates contain potentially hazardous asbestos contaminated bitumen adhesive, making it almost impossible to safely interact with the floor substrate without the assistance of a suitably experienced asbestos removal contractor, which can prove costly.  It can also add significant cost and complexity to the refurbishment and demolition of these affected properties. Historically a contractors only available option would be to remove the bitumen adhesive using specialist mechanical grinding equipment and techniques. Controlling and managing the risk of dust and asbestos fiber release during this removal process is a complex issue, even for specialist asbestos removal contractors. Whilst commercially, cost and programme will almost certainly be significantly impacted.  CapSure Dissolve has been specially formulated to safely and efficiently remove bitumen adhesives, coatings and residual contaminants without the need for mechanical aid. It’s patent-protected formula and process has been developed to provide contractors and property stakeholders
with the ability to create safer environments, free of adaptation constraints and eradicating problematic legacy issues.
